2.如买家是跟其他卖家拿货，本店有权不回答任何问题。
3. 请在下订前认真考虑，不要随意更改或取消订单，下订了请在二天内汇款，下订后不付款也不通知的顾客们，请见谅；下次本店不会替你保留。所有出售的货品一概不能替换，不能退款，不能退货，
4. 当我们证实收到您的完整付款后，我们才会出货。如果你汇款,明天出货,后天收货.
5. 所有展示的价格都没包括邮寄费用，买家必须自付。
6. 但是为保本公司的信誉，我们有权利取消您的订单，并退还您的付款，全银奉还
7. 有权利在不通知的情况下，增加，略减，修改所有订购条例。

1）您的付款必须在上午的12pm前被我们证实已经完全的存入我们指定银行户口内，并交上您的邮寄资料。
2）西马和东马主要城市通常会在第二天收到货，但非主要城市须在2-3天内才会收到订购的货品。
3）星期六，星期日和公共假期没有送货服务。
4）出货的同时，我们将会发（Trade Code)传递编号给客户们，以便查询。
5) 如果客户们在三天内还没有收到邮包，请客户们使用（Trade Code)传递编号，上网 http://202.185.150.100/emstrack/search.asp 或致电查询。）
6）客户们须自付传递费用。
7）如果发生突发状况，我们会及时通知客户，延迟出货。
8）为了降低损坏的机率，所有产品会检查两次，确认产品在好的品质下，我们才会用适当的方式包装客户的产品，最后才把产品送出。
9）如果产品在传递期间有任何遗失，损坏或导致任何的瑕疵，本公司将不负上任何责任。
10) 邮寄至国外者请联络我们的客户服务专人。
11) 购买的风险是全由买家承担。希望能接受以上所列出的条规的买家才下订单，以免事后发生不愉快的事件。
12) 所有商品价钱不包括运费。买家需支付100%的商品价钱和运费。运费的计算是根据商品的数量/重量，和地区（西马/东马）。所有商品是由POS LAJU派出。
13) 若顾客们没在指定的时间收到包裹，请马上向我们询问包裹号码。我们将会替你追踪包裹，如果追踪结果显示邮差已到过你家，但没人在家，请马上到附近的邮政局自行领回你们的包裹， 否则POS LAJU会把包裹寄回来。若顾客的包裹被打回来，请在五天内把邮费数额汇进我们的银行，我们再寄回给你，否则我们将无条件当作你们已经放弃包裹。
14) 一旦买家下单， 我们将任为您同意上述规则，而我们也将保留随时改变它的权利。

~ TERMS & CONDITION - READY STOCK ITEM ~


1) Only serious buyer are welcome to make purchase. If you are not going to pay, please do not make any reservation or booking just for the fun of it.
2) All prices stated are not inclusive of postage unless stated. Jo's Lavenderonline 美衣坊 will hold no responsibilities once the item is shipped out. Thus, lost item is at buyer's risk.
3) Buyer are require to make payment in 48 hours to ensure the stock is not cancel. If there is any delay, please send me a message,via sms or email to let me know.
3)Ready Stock kindly make payment within 48 to confirm your pre-order item or else it will be carried forward to other supplier.. Any ready stock which confirm want the item but did not make payment in 48 hour & without providing any reason you name will be blacklisted.. In future any question from you will not be entertain.
4) We reserve the right to change the terms & conditions without prior notice.
5) The risk of purchase is entirely borned by buyers, if you can't accept the term and conditions, please don't buy in order to avoid any unpleasant incidents that may occurred.
6) ~ All price is not include postage,buyers have to bear all shipping costs. Shipping cost will be based on the number/weight of item(s) and distance (West Malaysia/East Malaysia). All the items are sent out by POS LAJU.
7) .If you don't receive your package as the date that we told you,pls inform us,we will trace your package..if the result shown"item to be collect at counter",pls do redeem ur package yourself at the nearest Pos Office immediately..Otherwise,the package wil be return back to us.. In case of your package has been return to us, Please made the payment (postage fee) within 5 days, we will sent out your package again..Otherwise, we will unconditionally as you have give up your parcels.
8) Once order has been placed, means you are agree with the rules above and we reserved the right to change it anytime.


~ TERMS & CONDITION - PRE-ORDER ITEM ~


1) Agent are required to pay a deposit of 70% of the product which agent order.. The 70% of the payment will not be return if upon agent request for cancellation of the order.
2) Delivery of item(s) is/are subject to change due to unforeseen shipment and custom checking delays. Should there be any delay, we will inform buyers in prior via PM, SMS, EMAIL.

6) Booking of item are not allowed. Once confirm selection of item, payment must be made to us within 48 hours, if payment not received within time frame given, the item will automatically release to the next interested buyer.
